At neurodiversikey®, we are transforming the legal sector and justice system to be truly inclusive of neurodivergent individuals. We champion the neurodiversity paradigm and reject the medical model, shifting from a deficit-focus to instead highlight strengths and dismantle barriers.

We believe in the power of lived experience and uphold the principle of “nothing about us without us.” As a multi-award-winning non-profit, we are preparing for an exciting new chapter—with hopes to restructure and register as a charity later this year—and we need dedicated individuals to help us shape the future.
